I have been a resident homeowner at the Lake of the Ozarks for 34 years now.  Initially, I was a weekender like most, just having the kind of fun you can only find at this beautiful lake.  As much as I like fun, business and investing has always been my driving priority since I was quite young.  I quickly found myself buying more lakefront property with a profit motive in mind.  I spent three decades as a corporate sales & marketing executive so even back in the 80's I knew I had the skills to buy and sell my own real estate – so that's what I did.  I loved acting as my own agent so much I eventually retired my corporate career to focus on selling lake property full time.  Helping people buy and sell lake dreams has been the most fun I ever had in my life!  It's been pretty darn rewarding, too!

Much of my past life experience allows me to leverage a pretty extensive background directly to my client's advantage.  It starts with being at the lake over three decades; I know it like the back of my hand.  My clients have found that knowledge exceptionally valuable in determining and meeting their objectives.  Decades of managing industry leading sales and marketing teams provided an awesome platform that transitioned beautifully to real estate.  That experience built skill sets exceptionally useful in knowing how to feature property in the best possible light and providing the broadest exposure.  These are essential strengths in meeting value targets for today's seller.  My past also carried over negotiation talents that help buyers and sellers alike win at the table every day.  Even my three decades in construction and historic preservation allows me to point out home construction details (both positive & negative) the average agent just can't.
